Transforming mental well-being
Hello my name is Summer and I’m the founder of Kind Mind Space. Before this became my work, mindfulness was my lifeline. I’ve been studying psychology and mindfulness for over 6 years, first discovering their power during one of the hardest times of my life, navigating my transition as a transgender woman, living with ADHD, facing repeated career rejections in the corporate world, and searching for a way to quiet a mind that never seemed to stop.
Through mindfulness, positive psychology, and a deep commitment to self kindness, I learned how to step out of the noise and find moments of real peace. Those tools didn’t just help me cope, they helped me reclaim my life.
Now, with a degree in Psychology, a professional diploma in Mindfulness and Positive Psychology Teaching, and ongoing studies in Psychotherapy, I’m here to share what I’ve learned in a way that’s practical, science based, and deeply human.
Kind Mind Space is my way of offering others what I wish I’d had, a safe, inclusive space to slow down, breathe, and remember who you are beneath all the stress. This work is for anyone ready to trade overwhelm for clarity, self criticism for self compassion, and constant doing for moments of simply being.
A modern approach

Blending lived experience with proven methods from psychology, CBT, and neuroscience, our services go beyond traditional meditation. Whether through our 8 week group program, weekly drop in sessions, or private 1:1 coaching, we focus on practical tools, real life integration, and creating safe spaces where everyone feels welcome. This is mindfulness for the modern world, flexible, down to earth, and designed to help you move from overwhelm to calm clarity.
