An 8 Week Group Challenge to Calm Your Mind, Reset, and Grow Through Kindness
Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in constant overthinking? This program is an 8 week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MB-CBT) group challenge designed to help you slow down, manage your busy mind, and treat yourself with greater kindness.
In a supportive group space, you’ll explore:
Practical mindfulness techniques
Self compassion skills
Tools and practices from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Isights from Positive Psychology to boost wellbeing and resilience
Simple brain science to understand and work with your nervous system

A free 30 minute consultation before the course begins to explore your goals and intentions
A free mid program check in session to see how you’re getting on and answer any questions
